Roteiro Histórico e Gastronômico de São Luís
O roteiro Histórico e Gastronômico de São Luís fomenta o melhor da gastronomia e do patrimônio histórico e cultural de São Luís. O percursso é realizado a pé por diversas ruas e becos da área histórica reconhecida pela UNESCO. Durante o passeio, alguns personagens da nossa história ou do cotidiano como os pregoeiros aparecem e revelam informações sobre o local em que o roteiro está passando. Além disso, durante todo o trajeto acontecem algumas paradas, nas quais são ofertadas degustações da gastronomia local.
Tudo isto embalado por muita música com temáticas da gastronomia e também, o acompanhamento de um guia de turismo que conta toda a história da cidade de São Luís. O roteiro inicia em frente a sede da Prefeitura (Palácio La Ravardiere), depois passa pelo Palácio dos Leões; desce a rua da Estrela, com uma parada em frente ao Museu da Gastronomia Maranhense, seguindo até a rua Portugal, passando pelo beco Catarina Mina, e finaliza dentro da Feira da Praia Grande.
The Historic and Gastronomic Tour of São Luís promotes the best of gastronomy and the historical and cultural heritage of São Luís. The route is made on foot through several streets and alleys of the historic area recognized by UNESCO. During the tour, some characters from our history or from everyday life, such as town criers, appear and reveal information about the place where the script is taking place. In addition, throughout the journey there are some stops, in which tastings of the local cuisine are offered.
All of this accompanied by a lot of music with gastronomy themes and also the accompaniment of a tour guide who tells the whole story of the city of São Luís. The route starts in front of the City Hall (Palace La Ravardiere), then passes by the Palace of the Lions; down Rua da Estrela, with a stop in front of the Museu da Gastronomia Maranhense, continuing to Rua Portugal, passing through the alley Catarina Mina, and ending inside Feira da Praia Grande.
