Secretaria Municipal de Turismo

A Prefeitura de São Luís, através da Secretaria Municipal de Turismo (Setur), juntamente com docentes do Departamento de Turismo e Hotelaria da Universidade Federal do Maranhão (UFMA) estão elaborando a minuta do projeto de lei da Política Municipal de Turismo por meio de uma cooperação técnica (D.O. n. 152, p. 18).

Durante todo o mês de dezembro de 2022 aconteceu a consulta pública no formato virtual para o trade turístico e a comunidade de São Luís. E no dia 04 de março de 2023 aconteceu a audiência pública na sede da Secretaria Municipal de Turismo com o objetivo de escutar e coletar contribuições para a melhoria da minuta, a fim de que todos os envolvidos com o turismo de São Luís pudessem participar desta construção conjunta que é a Política Municipal de Turismo de São Luís.

Atualmente, a minuta encontra-se em análise pela equipe jurídica do prefeito Eduardo Braide.

The City Hall of São Luís, through the Municipal Secretary of Tourism (Setur), together with profesors from the Tourism and Hospitality Department of the Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA) are preparing the draft of the bill of the Municipal Policy of Tourism through a technical cooperation (D.O. n. 152, p. 18).

During the entire month of December 2022, the public consultation took place in a virtual format for the tourist trade and the community of São Luís. And on March 4, 2023, a public hearing took place at the headquarters of the  Municipal Secretary of Tourism with the aim of listening and collecting contributions to improve the draft, so that everyone involved with tourism in São Luís could participate in this construction which is the Municipal Tourism Policy of São Luís.

The draft is currently being analyzed by Mayor Eduardo Braide's legal team.
